Abstract

This research aims to discover the meaning of accounting and accountability church tritugas which not delivered in front of church. This research uses an inter-pretive paradigm with Husserl's transcen-dental phenomenology as an analytical tool. The object of this research is a pentecostal church in Denpasar, where researchers used six management personnel church organization as an informant. In the process of data collection researchers used two techniques, interviews and observation. The results showed that the meaning of Christian, spirituality, obedience, love, and example to animates accounting and accountability of church tritugas, which makes the word of God as a guide in all activities, with openness, honesty, solidarity, and the firmness of the rules for the offender in order to break the nature vanity, and bring peace to the people, as an expression of respect for the God.
