Abstract

The Objective of this research is to study the direct effect of servant leadership and self efficacy on job satisfaction if the lecture/s the Manado State Polytecnic. The research aimed at examining whether there is a direct positive influence of servant leadership and self-efficacy, on Job satisfaction.
