Abstract
Lake Bulilin is located in Kali Village, Tombatu Subdistrict, which offers natural beauty and culinary tours. There are several restaurants built on the lake, and this is what attracts tourists. The distinctive feature of the Lake Bulilin culinary tour is the rica mujair grilled fish. The problem that occurs is that the people involved in the culinary business in Lake Bulilin do not understand good service methods according to applicable standards. This will affect customer satisfaction, and will automatically have an impact on the sustainability of Lake Bulilin culinary tourism. This study aims to examine restaurant services in the tourist area of Lake Bulilin to increase guest satisfaction. This research is hoped to be able to help the surrounding community who are involved in the culinary business to develop their business, so that it can run sustainably. The method used is descriptive qualitative method to describe situations or phenomena based on existing facts.The results of the visitor satisfaction survey show 57.5 based on the categories made above which means that the assessment of visitor satisfaction is categorized as quite satisfying.
