Abstract

This study aims to assess the implementation of CSR at Bank Indonesia Representative Office in the province of North Sulawesi. The implementation is not only focusing on the programs but also concerning CSR funds and report. The method used is a qualitative method. Stages in analyzing the implementation of CSR is divided into three parts, which collect the data, interpret and analyze the data and draw conclusions. CSR is packed in the activities of the Social Program Bank Indonesia (PSBI) managed by the Bureau of Public Relations and at the representative office held by the Communications and Policy Coordination Unit. In 2014, PSBI includes two programs: first, the strategic program. Second, the social program. PSBI funds based on the proposed budget to headquarters and charged as general expenses and others. PSBI disclosed in quarterly reports and annual reports. To realize Sustainable Development, Bank Indonesia needs to focus their PSBI activities not only in the economic and social aspects but needs to balance with environmental aspects.
