Abstract

In the company's labor is a human resources plays an important role. In connection with these workers in the company must be in accordance with company requirements. This thesis discusses the analysis of labor requirements at PT. Intraco Penta, Tbk Manado. Issues examined the author in this study is how to determine the amount of labor needs administrative employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the manpower needs of administration employees. This research is a qualitative observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. Primary data were collected through observation with a sampling technique every ten minutes at work lasts for five working days to conduct in-depth interviews to employees of PT. Intraco Penta, Tbk Manado particularly in administration. To determine the amount of labor needs by using the method of analysis workload. The results obtained in this study which analyzes the workload based on the workload analysis methods work sampling found that the number of employees needed on the part of the administration are 9 employees out of the total workload analysis on every job to be able to complete the existing workload at. Intraco Penta, Tbk Manado in the administration so that the work can be resolved properly and timely. Keywords : Labor Needs
