Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of knowing whether the coconut plantations in Budo village can be used as tourist climbing coconut attractions, in making coconut climbing tour packages, and to find out how to develop alternative agro-tourism coconut plantations in Budo Village, Wori Kab. North Minahasa. The problem that occurs is the uncertain price of coconut which is sometimes detrimental to the community, so it is necessary to find a solution by selling community-based tour packages, namely coconut climbing attractions in collaboration with travel agents where the village of Budo is located. The method used is a qualitative approach which is based on phenomena in the field and explored with scientific principles. By interviewing tourism users, namely travel agencies and diving centers in Manado and North Minahasa. The results of this study have the potential to improve the economy of the people living in Budo Village which has natural potential as one of the tourist destinations that tourists will visit, this tour package product will be introduced to travel agents who have access because besides being close to several hotels as well. the location of diving and snorkeling spots that are often visited by tourists.
