Abstract

Quality higher education can be seen from the college management that empowers the resources available to are involved directly in improving the quality of higher education. When a college seeks to develop academic scale, the required level of knowledge on each individual within it in order to compete and survive. Each individual must be provided with the ability to manage and develop knowledge (knowledge) has. Knowledge management (knowledge management) can become e reliable support for the universities to improve competitiveness. This is one strategy for every organization to improve competence, productivity, creativity, innovation to global environmental changes
