Abstract

Implementation of construction management always involves planning, construction schedule cost and control. Even though the schedule has been prepared, in practice in the field problems still often arise, namely delays in project completion, so the Fast Track method is used. This study aims to determine the Time Planning Review, and the Method of Implementing the Sosongian Tumpaan Amurang Bridge Replacement Work Using the Fast Track Method. The Fast Track method is a method of accelerating development with parallel overlapping activities with faster implementation times and more efficient costs. With the accelerated Fast Track method, the duration of the construction of the Sonsongian bridge can be shortened and is in accordance with the target of the initial project implementation plan. Where the normal time is 230 days to 190 days using the fast track method.
